<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for loading a needle, a catheter, or other means with a radioactive seed and a spacer in some cases in radiation therapy with small sources. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a loader body section which specifies a channel network in a Y shape which is connected with a dispense port, a first leg part of the channel network which has a seed pathway stretching between a seed insertion port and a dispense pathway, and a second leg part of the channel network which has a spacer pathway stretching between a spacer insertion port and the dispense pathway.
