PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a multi-functioning with ensuring continuity between an agent performing routine responses and an agent performing non-routine responses to requests from a user and with performing by information providers having various knowledge via the same agent. SOLUTION: In a method of information providing, if a question inputted by the user at a terminal is not routine (step 3 to step 7), the agent displayed on the terminal is switched (step 12), responds to non-routine information are performed by the agent operating, in response to operations of the providers responding via center equipment (step 15 to 18). |
