PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably receive to a desired wave signal by reducing an influence of a disturbance wave of prescribed disturbance frequency close to the frequency of the desired wave signal in a radio receiver. SOLUTION: The radio receiver 100 has a filter 2 which attenuates the desired wave signal in a radio signal received by an antenna 1 and input to extract the disturbance wave signal, a phase inverter 3 which inverts the phase of the disturbance wave signal, an oscillator 6 which generates an addition signal of the prescribed disturbance frequency, a level adjuster 5 which adjusts the level of the addition signal, a phase synchronizer 4 which puts the addition signal in phase with the phase-inverted disturbance wave signal, and an adder 7 to which the addition signal having been passed through the phase synchronizer 4 is input. The adder 7 adds the addition signal which is opposite in phase and nearly equal in level to the disturbance wave signal included in the input radio signal to the radio signal, so the level of the disturbance wave signal in the radio signal becomes low.
