PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication sheet body structure used on a top plate which is capable of performing two-dimensional communication in a frequency band of a frequency from 800 MHz to 5 GHz, reduces reduction in a surface definition caused by carriage, also improves durability, and is suitable for use on a top plate of a table, desk, shelf, etc. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication sheet body structure used on a top plate which is constituted of a sheet body structure constituted of at least three layers of an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer and is constituted of films wherein a thickness of the sheet body structure is 3.0 mm or less and a thickness of the upper layer is from 30 to 300μm. The upper layer is a layer which has conductive performance and in which, a conductive part and a non-conductive part exist, a ratio of the conductive part is from 8 to 45%, the conductive part is continuous without being interrupted perfectly, and an electro-resistance value of the conductive part is 5Ωor less per 1 m<SP>2</SP>. The middle layer is a layer in which a dielectric dissipation factor in the frequency of 800 MHz to 5 GHz is 0.01 or less.
