PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change settings of individual call receiving operations of annunciation means of a portable communication terminal device in accordance with its location sensitively, flexibly and automatically. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal device 10 has a setting table 106 in which operations at the time of call reception of annunciation means such as ringtone, vibration and the like are individually set in response to locations. Actual location information is obtained by a location information obtaining part 107, is checked against map information 105 and the location where the portable communication terminal device 10 exists is identified.
