PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an over-modulated audio signal rapidly and without awareness by a user. SOLUTION: When both of two tuners are not used, a measurement process is performed for determining amplifying gain according to each channel of TV broadcasts by using either one of the tuner. When only one tuner is used, gain of the tuner used is set based on an LUT which has been updated in the previous measurement process and a measurement process is performed using a tuner not used. When both the tuners are used, gains of both the tuners are set based on the LUT which has been updated in the previous measurement process.
