PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion bar installable on and easily fastened to the leading end of a movable cylinder by anybody, when the movable cylinder slips out of an outer cylinder when extending long, and there is also looseness, since an aesthetic appearance and operation are conventionally structurally complicated in an appearance, in a state of arranging a screw outside the cylinder and fixing it to a joining part by using a nut. SOLUTION: A guide 111 is used for eliminating the looseness of the outer cylinder 21 and a movable cylindrical part 22 in extending so that the movable cylindrical part 22 does not slip out of the outer cylinder 21 in the extension by an object of extensively integrating a plurality of cylindrical bodies 21 and 22.
