PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately clean undesired toner on a transfer body for an image forming device equipped with a plurality of toner image carriers. SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with the endless movable transfer body, a plurality of image forming units individually provided with the toner image carrier for carrying its own toner image so that the carrier may be positioned opposite to the transfer body, a plurality of transfer means for transferring respective toner images carried by a plurality of toner image carriers to the endless transfer body in moving, a plurality of reverse transfer means for respectively and reversely transferring the undesired toner on the transfer body to at least two or more toner image carriers, and control means for respectively controlling at least two or more reverse transfer means among a plurality of reverse transfer means. |
