PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film roll with excellent high precision printing suitability over the entire roll even after long distance transportation and capable of following high speed printing performance and sealability. SOLUTION: The polyester-based heat-shrinkable film roll is a film roll formed by winding a polyester-based heat-shrinkable film of 1,000 meter or more length on a core, wherein (1) a winding slippage gap in both ends of the film roll is 5 mm or less when the film roll is placed onto a horizontal flat face, (2) the winding slippage gap is 10 mm or less when the film roll is returned to and placed onto the horizontal flat face after the film roll is tilted by 45°from the horizontal flat face and maintained for 10 seconds, and (3) shrinkage factor in main shrinkage direction after dipping the heat-shrinkable film for 10 seconds into 80°C warm water is at least 20%.
