PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for an article loading rotating frame capable of safely and certainly performing transferring and position-changing work to a main body side of the article in a short time by simple operation. SOLUTION: In the rotating frame, in the state that one end side is pivotally supported at a high position of a main body and an article is loaded, the other end side is displaceably turned between at least the horizontal state and the vertical state. A support mechanism for supporting horizontal-vertical rotation of the rotating frame is provided. By a manual operation device, the support mechanism is directly driven by manual operation from a ground to make horizontal-vertical-rotation of the rotating frame. By the operation from the ground side, position change of the article relative to the main body is smoothly and certainly performed in the support state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
