PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the contents of a commercial, and in addition, to improve advertising efficiency of the commercial. SOLUTION: CM contents, prepared by means of a CM content preparing device 3, are uploaded to a CM content providing server 1 via the Internet 2. The user performs access to the server 1, retrieves the CM contents the user want to purchase, and purchases the contents by utilizing a portable telephone 5. The purchased CM contents are downloaded via the Internet 2 and stored on a recording medium loaded in the telephone 5. The user reproduces the CM contents by utilizing the telephone 5. |
