PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer registration system which improves office work processing by making good use of customer information, inputted when a request to send materials is received through the Internet, when a customer having passed an examination using a sent-back document is regularly registered. SOLUTION: This system has a function of accepting a request to send materials from a customer through the Internet on condition that specific customer information is inputted, a function of allocating unique requester identification information to each accepted request to send materials, a function of temporarily registering the allocated requester identification information and corresponding customer information so that they correspond to each other, a function of printing a document with the added requester identification information on a sending- back form of the requested materials, a function of receiving the input of the requester identification information recorded on the sending-back form sent back from the customer and function of regularly registering in a customer regular registration database 130 the customer information obtained by retrieving the temporary registration with the requester identification information. |
