摘要 <p>To produce a coffee sparkling wine, the coffee is prepared and cooled to 35[deg] C and wine yeast and sugar are added. The mixture ferments at 18[deg] C followed by filtration of any intermediate products. Selected yeast for sparkling wine is added and the coffee sparkling wine ferments for filtration and the addition of carbonic acid gas.</p>
