The handle is mounted on the collar with the hole. A reinforcement rib (44) is arranged on an outer surface of the portion (41) of the handle. A retaining rib (32) and a retaining recess (45) are respectively provided on the outer periphery of the collar and the inner wall of the hole, where the access is retained mutually.
