A flowmeter in a chemical input device using a tilt sensor is provided to rotate a rotary plate by including flow reduction plates stabilizing water flow on the rotary plate. A flowmeter in a chemical input device includes a flow case(11), a flow reduction plate(12a,12b,12c), a flow concentration plate(13), a rotary plate(14) and a tilt sensor(15). The flow case includes a flow passage(11a) with a predetermined width and height, is connected with a fluid supply pipe, and has an outlet(11b). The flow reduction plate reduces the flow rate of fluid. The flow concentration plate allows fluid to flow in a flow passage(13a) for accurate rotation of the rotary plate. The rotary plate is installed between the flow reduction plate and the outlet and is closely contacted to the fluid concentration plate for blocking the flow passage. The tilt sensor measures the slope of the rotary plate. |
