Provided invention relates to the system of providing an interactive shopping file and a method thereof. The system creates an interactive shopping file for each content item(a contents item is a digital contents which is possible to transmit through a communication network) for sale, displays the contents item to a customer in on-line, and allows the contents item to be sold to the customer. The system includes: a contents uploading unit connected to a user terminal of a seller through a communication network to upload contents item; a contents information entering unit connected to a user terminal of a seller through a communication network to receive a contents information of the contents item; a payment processing unit for performing a payment function with respect to the contents item; and an interactive shopping file creating unit for creating the interactive shopping file for each content item. The interactive shopping file provides a contents information displaying screen for displaying, to the customer, the contents information entered through the contents information entering unit, a payment information entering screen for receiving payment information of the contents item from the customer, and a payment result displaying screen for displaying a payment execution result after the customer makes a payment based on the payment information.
