The device for rotating a body (1) about two axes (X), (Y), for example, a camera, comprises a slip ring (3), coupled to an axial movement drive (2) for the transmission of axial movements. Rotating movements of the body (1) are produced as a result of the axial movements of the slip ring (3). The stator (3.1) of the slip ring (3) is thus fixed to a support body (4) and the rotor (3.2) of the slip ring (3) is connected to the rotating body (1). Furthermore, an electrical unit (6), which is fixed, at least in relation to the support body (4), is in electrical contact with the rotating body (1), by means of the slip ring (3). By means of said device, all the drives for rotating about the both axes (X), (Y) are fixed. The whole construction is thus significantly simplified and the moving masses and thus the moment of inertia for the whole device reduced. |
