To achieve improved integrated routing between a self-organizing network, e.g., an ad hoc network and an administrator organized network, e.g., the Internet, it is proposed to run routing protocols of both networks in parallel (S10) and to determine cost measure (S) for communication path (S) in the self-organizing network according to the routing protocol used in the administrator-organized network for subsequent optimized routing across access routers (14, 16) coupling both networks. |
