A stirring chamber and a mixing tank for rapid mixing are provided to diffuse a coagulant in the water rapidly within a short time by installing or forming the small stirring chamber in the mixing tank and to minimize electric energy used to rotate an impeller, by effectively performing reaction within a short time. A stirring chamber(12) for rapid mixing is composed of: a pipe(17) fixed at one side of the inner part of a rapid mixing tank, in order to inject the water; a pipe(18) for injecting a coagulant for coagulating impurities, fine particles, and foreign materials included in the injected water; an impeller(14) for effectively mixing the water and a coagulant; and a discharge port(19) for discharging a solution produced by mixing the water and a coagulant.
