SOLUTION: At the time of winding the conductor W around a rotating bobbin 1, the front end faces of cam operating pawls 8 which are the load centers of the pawls 8 retreat to form a space (D) for receiving the conductor W of the next row, and NC operating pawls 7 come into contact (E) with the conductor W when the front end faces of the pawls 8 cross the contact between the conductor W and bobbin 1. In addition, when the NC operating pawls 7 retreat to form a space for receiving the conductor W of the next row, the cam operating pawls 8 come into contact with the conductor W. |
