METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED ELASTIC ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a recycled elastic roller which can be reused as the various elastic rollers of an image forming apparatus utilizing an electrophotographic process, and to provide an electrophotographic process cartridge capable of promoting the effective use of resources using the recycled elastic roller obtained and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The recycled elastic roller producing method comprises a step of removing a sticking substance originated from a developer from a surface of the elastic roller having a core and the elastic layer as a surface layer. The step includes: a step (1) of pressing a pressure roller onto the elastic roller so that a crack is produced in the sticking substance on the surface of the elastic roller; and a step (2) of removing the sticking substance in which the crack is produced by the step (1) from the surface of the elastic roller using an adhesive roller.
