PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent cold insulation box and an automatic analyzer equipped therewith, capable of reducing working processes for forming and sticking a label for a reagent container, and reducing the influence of dew condensation on the reagent container or label in a reagent storage box, or the temperature rise of the reagent. SOLUTION: The reagent storage box is equipped with a means for reading or writing information on a reagent information tag, stuck on the side face of the reagent container by a reagent information management means for reading out or writing individual information of the reagent container installed on a cover over the reagent storage box by utilizing radio waves or electromagnetic waves.
