PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a rotary shaft allowing easy assembling work and maintenance work without causing an increase of cost and having no generation of rotation slip between an inner ring of a bearing and the shaft, and an image forming device using the supporting structure.

SOLUTION: The rotary shaft supported by the bearing in which an outer ring and the inner ring are relatively rotatable is provided with a projection member. A hollow cylindrical member provided with a fitting hole to be fitted to the projection member is fitted and fixed to the inner ring. The rotary shaft and the fitting part of the hollow cylindrical member are fitted by clearance fit, the projection member and the fitting hole are fitted, and thereby the rotary shaft and the hollow cylindrical member are engaged to each other.
