<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key cylinder arrangement structure of a vehicle capable of considerably enhancing the operability of a key cylinder while suppressing any tamper, theft or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A key cylinder 101 is arranged so that the key cylinder axis 102 is parallel to the longitudinal axis 103 of a vehicle. The key cylinder 101 is arranged so that the key cylinder axis 102 is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, and arranged on a leg shield 84 opposing a driver in a seated condition. An appearance member 97 constituting a design surface 96 of the leg shield 84 is provided on a glove compartment 83.
