PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner capable of obtaining an image having excellent flaw resistance. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner at least comprises: a coloring agent; crystalline polyester in which ester concentration M is expressed by a formula 1: ester concentration (M)=K/A (wherein, K denotes the number of ester groups in the polyester; and A denotes the number of atoms composing the polymer chains in the polyester) satisfies 0.07≤M≤0.09; and noncrystalline polyester obtained by synthesizing alcohol components and acid components, and in which the alkylene oxide additive of bisphenol A is used by 50 to 90 mol% in the alcohol components, and also, 8 to 20 C straight chain aliphatic diol is used by 10 to 30 mol% in the alcohol components. The containing ratio (mass ratio) between the noncrystalline polyester and the crystalline polyester is 75: 25 to 98:2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
