PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out partial cutting with a light force when cutting only a release tape 14 pasted on the back surface of a printed tape 28. SOLUTION: A support member 35 to which a cutting blade 36 is fixed is pivotably mounted to the base of a receiving stand 32 around a caulking pin 34. On the end surface between the leading end side of a receiving stand 33 and the vicinity of the caulking pin 34, a pair of step parts 33a and 33b having a height H2 slightly smaller than the thickness of the release tape are formed. In the support member 35 on the leading end side thereof, a leg part 35a into contact with a part of the step part 33a is formed.
