PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a processing method capable of efficiently preventing burrs from occurring around holes near cutting parts of the hollow holes without requiring troublesome work amount, when a metal member having the hollow holes is subjected to cutting process. SOLUTION: A method of applying a cutting process to a metal member having hollow holes is provided, wherein the hollow holes 3 are previously filled with a curing resin 4 in a fluidized state before a cutting process. The method includes a first step of simulating a solid state of the hollow hole; a second step of applying the cutting process to the metal member thereafter; and a third step of removing from the hollow holes 3 the curing resin 4 by ashing the curing resin 4 filled in the hollow holes 3 of the metal member that has undergone the cutting process.
