The invention consists of the head (1) the legs (2) that start from the head, the hooks (3) that come out from both sides of the legs under an angle and at a distance smaller than two cm. At the area of excrescence of the hooks there is an oval hole(4). The head is stabilized in the sacrum, and the legs penetrate the subcutaneous tissue downwards and in parallel of the skin at an adequate depth so that they are not effected in a palpating manner. Their positioning is effected in such a manner in order to create loops, that embrace the area and as they are left to backslide their hooks drag along the subcutaneous tissue and the skin over it (Design B). The direct result is stabilized subsequently by the creation of fibrillary tissue through the holes as well as with the healing of the flap in lifted position. The advantage of the invention is that it solves the problem of flabbiness by simple, brief surgical manner. The result is fixed and extended. The elasticity of the material allows the system to follow the movements of the body without obstructing them and without being perceived. The inlet of the implantable material is effected with a special tool (Design C) that consists of three parts, a tube open lengthwise, so that thethird part - tool is drawn within its bed in order to guide each leg in its position, and a pin that is pointed and abtuse. The pin is inserted within the tube and it facilitates it to penetrate without any trauma through the fatty tissue. The tube has an external insulation except for the edge of its last mm, so that in given time it can be used by diathermy for the removal of the system. |
