<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device producing disinfected nitrogen gas with high concentration, which solves such problems that disinfection of nitrogen gas is completely neglected although concern about bacteria is necessary from the viewpoint of safety since nitrogen gas is much used for various food-related fields. <P>SOLUTION: The device is configured in such a manner that a gas is passed through a nitrogen gas-producing device 50, 60 to separate nitrogen gas from compressed air and further through a disinfection device 70 to disinfect various kinds of bacteria from the gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
