MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRODE FOR LITHIUM-ION SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adhesion of a metal lead to be used in order to obtain current collection with a metal case to become a terminal and a current collector constituting an electrode easier, and improve an adhesion strength between the metal lead and the current collector.

SOLUTION: The electrode 11 has an active material layer forming part 12 having an active material layer contributing to a charge/discharge reaction and an active material unapplied part 13 in order to mount the metal lead 14. In a metal foil 13 of the active material unapplied part, concavity and convexity having a convex part of a nearly flat shaped surface is formed on a surface, and the metal lead 14 is adhered by a welding method to solve problems.
