<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a cushioning part of a workpiece holder is made to largely shrink during cooling, because it is constituted of a thermoplastic resin, etc, thus allowing a gap to generate between the workpiece holder body and the cushioning part, thereby easily removing the cushioning part. <P>SOLUTION: In order to solve the above-described problem, a workpiece holder comprises a cushioning part sandwiched by walls approximately parallel to a thermal shrinking direction, being a main direction of the thermal shrinking directions at the time of flowing resin to form its own body, and having a plurality of tongue pieces that engage with a recess engagement part that inclines at an angle from 45 degrees to 90 degrees with respect to a stress received from an end face of the workpiece where the parallel walls are disposed; and a workpiece holder body having the recess engagement part. When the cushioning part has such tongue pieces so as to be engaged with the recess engagement part of the workpiece holder body, occurrence of the gap by the thermal shrink of the cushioning part can be suppressed and the cushioning part can be made to be hardly removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
