<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent a recycled toner cartridge refilled with unsuitable, non-genuine toner from being distributed to a market. <P>SOLUTION: A destruct element 39 for destroying a toner supply mechanism or toner stir mechanism is mounted in a toner chamber 22. This destruct element 39 is engaged with and held by a cap 37, fitted in a filling port 36, so as to be freely unmovable. By pulling the cap 37 from the filling port 36, the cap 37 is released from an engaging and holding state with respect to the destruct element 39.
