<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent content data delivered from a content delivery server from being delivered to the outside of a certain network and avoid illegal use of the delivered content data. <P>SOLUTION: A content delivery server 110 delivers delivery data in which address information of a transmission source and a destination is stored within a data area in which content data are stored.
