<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnosis system of an apparatus capable of selectively providing only required information, by performing proper treatment to generation of an error code. <P>SOLUTION: This failure diagnosis system has a means 32 outputting the error code when diagnosed as failure. An information terminal 20 displaying input of the error code and various diagnostic information and a server device 10 providing the diagnostic information for the information terminal, are connected by a line 1. The server device 10 has a diagnostic information database 184 composed of an ordered diagnostic item, the treatment content derived from the diagnostic item and the treatment ratio totalized from many and unspecified numbers of performance treatment history information, with every kind and error code of the apparatus 30, and transmits the diagnostic item, the treatment content and the treatment ratio corresponding to these to the information terminal 20 when there is a request for detailed diagnostic information from the information terminal, and transmits the treatment content and the treatment ration corresponding to this to the information terminal 20 when there is a request for simple diagnostic information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
