<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user while effectively practically using a pointing device. <P>SOLUTION: When the user draws a track by use of the pointing device, a pointing track analysis part 32 always started in such a state that power is supplied to a cellphone analyzes a moving track of a pointing position. Further, the pointing track analysis part 32 specifies one of a basic processing part 31 and an application 33 as a function processing part to be reported with an analysis result based on an operation state of the application 33 in the cellphone and the analysis result.
