<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-resolution imaging device having a high-speed image processing function. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device 100 includes: a plurality of light receiving circuits 101 arranged in a matrix, each of which consists of a picture element for converting an amount of received light to an amount of electricity; a memory 302 which stores the value of the amount of electricity obtained by each of the light receiving circuits 101 in association with the respective circuits 101; and a processor 103 provided for each column of the matrix. The processor 103 includes a work memory 203 for storing a plurality of values consecutive along at least certain columns, out of the values stored in the memory 302 and an image processing circuit 204 for performing predetermined image processing using the values stored in the work memory 203. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
