<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article with less pressure loss on filling a resin up in an apparatus or various receptacles, such as a fixed bed type reactor or the like, its manufacturing method and an extrusion molding machine used in the method. <P>SOLUTION: The molded article 10 in this invention is comprised of that a supporting member 12 is jointed to a coil shaped cylindrical member 11, which turns spirally with a predetermined pitch thereof along the axial direction of the coil shaped cylindrical member 11. The manufacturing method of a molded article in this invention comprises extruding a molding material by using an extrusion molding machine 20 provided with a first die 21 with a groove 21a on the outer periphery surface and a second die with a ring shape 22 provided with a groove 22a on its inner peripheral surface by inserting the first die 21 under rotating any one of the first die 21 and of the second die 22. The extrusion molding machine 20 in this invention provides with the first die 21 with a groove 21a on the outer periphery and the second dye 22 with a ring shape with a groove 22a on the inner periphery by inserting the first die 21 and a rotating means 23 making only one of the first die 21 or the second die 22 rotate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
