PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-monitoring control system capable of equalizing a reference for time stamps of a DI signal and an AI signal, and capable of analyzing the relation between both. SOLUTION: A monitor 2 is connected to a controller 3 by a network 6, and the controller 3 collects each analog input data for each first prescribed period to be stored as a sampling data, while imparting the time stamp; collects each analog input data in each second prescribed period, detects situation changes to be stored as a situation change data, while imparting the time stamp to the situation change data; and stores each sampling data and stops the storage of each situation change data, after a prescribed time, when detecting a digital trigger point assigned by the situation change data. The monitor 2 displays a trend graph in a time series manner, based on the time stamps of the respective sampling data and the respective situation change data transmitted from the controller.
