PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor with a built-in inverter in which the filled resin amount of the structure of the resin-coated part of a motor drive circuit is remarkably reduced, the overall weight of which is reduced, and which is manufacturable at low cost. SOLUTION: In this electric compressor with a built-in inverter, a motor is incorporated and the motor drive circuit having the inverter is installed in a storage space surrounded by the housing of the compressor. At least a part of electric parts including the motor drive circuit is coated with a resin filled in the storage space.
