PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition whose fluidity is superior and whose crack resistance is high, a cement concrete hardened body and a method for manufacturing the cement concrete hardened body. SOLUTION: The cement composition contains alumina cement, a CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-SiO<SB>2</SB>compound, a retarder which is at least one kind selected from among an alkali carbonate, a hydroxycarboxylic acid and a hydroxycarboxylic acid salt and an aggregate. The cement concrete hardened body is cured after the cement composition is added with water and kneaded. In the method for manufacturing the cement concrete hardened body, the cement composition is warmed and cured at 35°C or higher after the cement composition is added with water and kneaded.
