BSH IMMUNOASSAY KIT AND BSH MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly sensitively and conveniently measure mercapto undecylic hydrodedecaborate (BSH) in serum. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the BSH in serum includes (1) a step of diluting sampled serum with serum diluted solution and making obtained diluted sample solution in contact with an antibody fixing member which is formed by fixing anti-BSH monoclonal antibody or its fragment to a carrier, under the existence of links of BSH hapten to material having an identifying function, and (2) a step of detecting the amount of immune complex of the BSH in the serum which can be formed by the contact, and the anti-BSH monoclonal antibody or its fragment.
