PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance measuring instrument capable of compactifying a size and reducing weight. SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance measuring device 100 includes a magnet 102 for applying a magnetic field onto a sample 11, an inductor 101 arranged in a position with a fixed relation to the sample 11, an alternating current voltage source 103 and an operation amplifier 113 for supplying an alternating current to the inductor 101, a frequency regulating part 104 for changing a frequency of the alternating current, an inductance measuring part 105 for measuring an inductance of the inductor 101, in every of the changed frequencies, and a characteristic value detecting part 106 and a physical property evaluating part 107 for specifying a physical property value of the sample 11, based on the frequency indicating a characteristic change tendency in an imaginary part of the measured inductance.
