PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure required security and to reduce processing of a computer used as a transmitting source of data in communication between a network the security of which is assured and a network the security of which is not assured. SOLUTION: This security protecting apparatus is equipped with: a communication processing part 11 which converts a communication protocol from an IP to a non-IP; a communication processing part 12 which converts the non-IP to the IP; a communication path 300 for connecting the communication processing part 11 with the communication processing part 12 and a storage part 51 which is connected to the communication processing part 11 and stores predetermined communication data when data communication between a computer 41 of the network 1 the security of which is assured and a computer 42 of the network 2 the security of which is not assured is performed, wherein the communication processing part 11 is equipped with a re-transmission means which acquires the data preliminarily stored in the storage device 51 from the storage device 51 to transmit the data to the computer 42 when data transmission from the computer 41 to the computer 42 becomes possible.
