PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory information storage device that can be normally operated even when a write error occurs during writing of raw material data into a semiconductor memory. SOLUTION: The semiconductor memory information storage device writes the raw material data in blocks of semiconductor memories 11-13 of a storage part 1 determined to be writable, referring to a congenital bad block table 5 and an acquired bad block table 6. When an acquired bad block occurs in the middle of writing of the raw material data to cause a write error, the table 6 is registered and updated by a write auxiliary controller 4, and new writable blocks in the semiconductor memories 11-13 are determined according to the registered and updated table 6.
