PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately simulate an air pocket generated in an immersion-processed object even in the immersion-processed object provided in a such state that another member is put inside one member. SOLUTION: A hemispheric surface (S) covering a component (P_i) is generated, an attribute of a free edge mesh (FM_1) appearing when viewed from the hemispheric surface (S) is set as a liquid, the free edge mesh (FM_1) is set as an initial boundary mesh, and an attribute of a successive adjacent mesh is analyzed from the initial boundary mesh. Accordingly, even if setting the component (P_i) provided in such a state that a partition member is put inside a box-like member as an analysis target, a free edge mesh (FM_2) of the partition member is not set as the initial boundary mesh, and the air pocket generated in the component (P_i) can be accurately simulated.
