PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which is hardly bendable and creasable during viewing, is low in cost, can be easily made into a larger screen, and is convenient to carry. SOLUTION: The fan has an annular frame composed of a foldable blade section and a holding section in which the holding section is provided with an elastic annular wire. The fan having the annular frame which is built in with a power source supply section, a display controller, a video signal input section and an operation button in the holding section, and in which more particularly the holding section has the elastic annular wire is applied.
