PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower which inhibits formation of ozone and provide an air conditioner and a ventilation device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The blower device 100 is provided with: a needle type electrode 110 generating ion by discharge; and an opposing electrode 120 opposing to the needle type electrode 110, and forms air current of ion wind by generating ion.
