PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional floor leveling trowels wherein, when a deposited concrete floor surface is leveled by using a floor leveling trowel, the worker must grasp the handle of the trowel and move it back and forth for leveling, wherein in conventional earthen floor leveling trowels, the handle is fixedly attached to the leveling plate for leveling the concrete floor surface at a specified angle, and the vertical operation of the handle for forming a leveling angle is required during the leveling, and therefore, the worker receives the physical load (troublesome labor, fatigue) by the vertical movement of the handle by using the waist and arm each time the worker performs the vertical operation and the working efficiency is also reduced. SOLUTION: In this earthen floor leveling trowel, the handle grasped for operation is formed to be laterally rotatble. The rotation of the handle is transmitted to a connection plate to which the leveling plate is attached through a rod serving as a transmission mechanism. Therefore, the leveling plate forms a leveling angle at which a concrete floor surface is leveled, and smooth leveling is enabled.
