PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible both the quality and productivity of an electrode applied by using a rotary screen. SOLUTION: This electrode manufacturing device is provided with a coating liquid 3 containing an electrode active material, the rotary screen 4 equipped with an opening part for applying the coating liquid 3 to the surface of a band- like base material 2 on the circumferential curved surface, and a squeegee blade 11, disposed inside the rotary screen 4 in parallel with the rotation axis direction of the rotary screen 4 and in contact with the inside surface of the rotary screen 4 for pressing out the coating liquid 3 to the surface of the base material 2 from the opening part by pressing the inside surface. The squeegee blade 11 is formed of iron or stainless steel, having a thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm. |
