PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic cash system using a USB key for achieving commerce for a small sum of money on the Internet by means of a simple system. SOLUTION: The electronic cash system using a USB key allows easy microtransactions on the Internet by storing an encrypted ID(identifier) in the USB key 5, and asking a cash center 1 about the ID during e-commerce to carry out the process of charging the commerce to the balance of the USB key 5. |
